Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are normally delivered the next business day within the United Arab Emirates.

We offer 4-hour, same-day, next-day and 2-day delivery options. You will see the available options during checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

alab.toys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please let us know on hi@alab.toys when you received a damaged shipment.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items will be fulfilled upon availability of the items.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates.

If you really like to ship your order outside United Arab Emirates, please send us a message and we'll try to help.

Payment on delivery

We offer cash-on-delivery service in the United Arab Emirates. You'll see the option during checkout.

Pickup (Click-and-collect)

If you like to come to pick up your order. Please check out your order normally and get in touch with us and we'll be happy to arrange the pickup in Al Quoz Industrial Area, close to Mall of the Emirates.
