Return

We have a 1-day hassle free return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return

We offer free return within 1 day of receiving your order. After one day, we will charge you our standard shipping rate as the return rate.

Currently, we don't accept return for international orders.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@alab.toys or by calling us. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We also do not accept return of used sets and parts.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. For cash payments, refund will be via a bank transfer. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will refund you the full amount of your order excluding shipping rate (if return was after 1 day of delivering your order).
