Are these original LEGO® products?

On alab.toys we offer brick mainly from LEGO® original brand and a few products from Mega Bloks® brand. Each product page shows the brand of the items.

The LEGO® branded items are original products. We don't deal in counterfeit LEGO.

Where are you based?

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we don't have a showroom. We exclusively sell online on alab.toys store.

If you'd like to see our product before you buy, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to find a way.

Do you accept cash-on-delivery?

Yes, we do. We also accept cars payment on delivery. Feel free to choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United Arab Emirates?

No. But we have a future plan for that. Join our newsletter and you'll know as soon as start delivering outside the Untied Arab Emirates.

In the meantime, Please have a look at www.shopandship.com. It's an international shopping and shipping service that enables you to buy from many countries and they'll ship your items to your doorsteps.

When will I receive my order?

Most of the orders are delivered in less than 2 days. Normally, we ship and deliver all orders within 1 working day in Dubai and within 2 days outside Dubai.

You'll receive tracking details of your package once it leaves our warehouse in Dubai.

If you live in outside the city limits, please allow for 2-3 extra days.

What do I need to do to change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch with us by email or WhatsApp and we'll be happy to change or cancel your order. If you've paid for your order, we'll refund the amount right away.
